Due to the nature of our product and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the packaging has been opened. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or tried-on period underwear.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dottedhq.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
