Thank you for shopping with Dotted. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping, processing times, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.
During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after processing
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@dottedhq.com.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Dotted is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered but not received. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dotted is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you enter the wrong shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to offer it in the future.
