Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the packaging has been opened.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dottedhq.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess and resolve valid claims at our discretion. We are not obligated to accept returns beyond this timeframe.
