Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

At Dotted, we believe in transparency and clarity. Below are the terms related to purchase options and cancellations.
1. One-Time Purchases
All orders placed through our website are processed as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Once your order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or changed.
If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@dottedhq.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this window.
2. Preorders
From time to time, we offer products for preorder. Estimated shipping dates for preorders are listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Preorder sales are final and cannot be canceled once placed. We do not allow refunds for preorder items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please note that preorder dates are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We will communicate all updates by email.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly and cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet shipped, you may email hello@dottedhq.com to request a cancellation, but approval is not guaranteed.
We do not offer cancellations for:

Final sale or promotional items

Preorders after 24 hours
4. Failed Deliveries and Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
